When line aligning work is processing precisely and continuously, it is an easy job to adopt a 10mW 532nm green line laser alignment. It projects the most visible and brightest green laser beam from 532nm green DPSS laser. It gets the lowest laser beam divergence of less than 1mard. After good use of thermal emitting system and constant power source from AC/DC adapter, it is achieving continuous green laser beam and green cross line source emission in continuous use.
Designing with qualified glass coated lens or separate crystal lens, 10mW 532nm green line laser alignment is projecting high transmittance green laser beam and high linear quality green line in distance. It enables no decay light emission and wide range fan angles of 10 degree to 110 degree. Only if laser line generator selects correct optic lens degree and gets proper installation onto other machine or device, it makes no mistake and no barrier line alignment in distance perfectly.
