The Everest Base Camp trek has been the most popular attraction in the Khumbu region, north east of Kathmandu since the peak was conquered in 1953. Its scenery is amongst the most dramatic in the Nepal Himalaya and takes you closer to the ice covered giants than any other trekking trails.
This 16 days Everest base Camp trek is not an easy hiking and requires a fair level of fitness and stamina as the trail begins at 2780m with your 35 minute Mountain flight to Lukla and after the first day, is mainly above 3000m. Mountain Mart Trek experienced adventure team has designed this trek to minimize the risk of AMS (mountain sickness) by including two rest days in Namche Bazar (4, 360 m/14, 300 ft) and Dingboche (4, 360 m/14, 300 ft)
